Smart Products Nigeria Plc was incorporated on 11th January 1966 as Associated Press Limited a private limited liability company. We commenced operation as a legal entity immediately.
In 1987 the company name was changed to Smurfit Print Nigeria Limited to accommodate our new line of services and was subsequently converted to a public limited liability company.
In 2005 the company name was changed to Smart Products Nigeria Plc as it is presently.
